Operations Manager, Retail & Store Manager
Position Summary
As a Realty Project Coach, you'll join the Realty Execution team and take ownership in delivering store remodels, ensuring they're done on time, within budget, and meet our top‑notch quality standards. You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store associates to keep everything on track while embracing the required travel.
What You’ll Do- Supervise project teams, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.
- Handle escalations and coordinate with store associates, leadership, and suppliers.
- Travel frequently (up to 1000 miles, 80% of the time or 17‑21 days at a time) and manage overnight shifts.
- Develop associates by providing coaching, training, and career guidance.
- Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to stakeholders.
- Lead Others:
Motivate your team to meet timelines and deliverables. - Project Ownership:
Own execution of projects in assigned stores. - Associate Development:
Offer supervision and mentorship.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, or data analysis; OR 3 years in any of those areas.
- Attendance and completion of all required training and assessments.
- Master’s degree in business or related field.
- Leadership experience of cross‑functional teams.
- Project Management – Management Professional Certification (PMI).
Travel:
Frequent travel up to 1000 miles; estimated 80% of the time away from home. Overnight stays will be paid. Mileage reimbursed.
Shift: Primarily overnight shifts average 10–12 hours.
Compensation:
Annual salary range $60,000 – $110,000. Additional annual or quarterly performance bonuses may apply. Stock options may be included.
