DSHS HCLA Community Assistance Network Manager

The Community Assistance Network Manager leads the statewide Community Assistance Network for Washington's WA Cares Fund, a social insurance program for long-term care. This position, located in the Home and Community Living Administration within the Department of Social and Health Services, oversees contracted community-based organizations and their assistors who help Washingtonians apply for WA Cares benefits. You will develop quality standards, provide training, ensure compliance, and serve as a liaison between WA Cares and community partners to support program implementation.

• Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, business administration, public administration, healthcare administration, or related field
• Minimum five years of managerial experience in service delivery, program, or line management
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills to work across networks and agencies
• Experience in continuous improvement and process optimization
• Knowledge of state payment systems and HCLA information systems preferred
• Familiarity with federal statutes, Medicaid, and Older Americans Act programs preferred
