HIRING IMMEDIATELY: PRODUCTION KITCHEN WORKER IN LACEY, WA

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Production Kitchen Worker to join our team in Lacey, WA. This individual will be responsible for monitoring products directly on the line to catch and report defects or discrepancies immediately. The ideal candidate will be reliable, organized, and able to follow safety procedures and meet production deadlines.

• Starting at $18.13/hour, paid weekly
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Full time schedule
• Located in Lacey, WA

• Monitor products directly on the line to catch and report defects or discrepancies immediately.
• Help identify product quality issues, reduce waste, and assist in implementing solutions to keep production running smoothly.
• Keep basic testing logs, assist with team safety standards, and follow standard operating procedures.
• Work closely with production line workers and Quality Assurance team

• Ability to read, speak, and write clearly in English to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel), strong attention to detail, and a commitment to teamwork.
• Reliable, organized, and able to follow safety procedures and meet production deadlines.
• Comfortable standing at the production line for extended periods during your shift.
• Ability to walk, climb stairs, and light lifting (up to 10 lbs).
• Comfortable working in a facility with varying temperatures
