Your Work Matters
- Actively engage in the health care team, offering direct and indirect care to patients, families, and legal guardians.
- Assess patients' physical and psychological conditions continuously throughout their care journey.
- Utilize the nursing process in alignment with the philosophy, objectives, values, mission, and core principles of SSBH.
- Uphold a safe therapeutic environment grounded in our core values.
- Collaborate as an integral member of the multidisciplinary treatment team, actively contributing to the development, implementation, and documentation of tailored goals and interventions based on patient strengths and psychiatric challenges.
- Education & Licensure: Graduate from an accredited professional nursing program and hold a valid Washington State RN license;
Bachelor’s Degree preferred. - Experience: At least three years in a psychiatric healthcare facility.

CompensationThis is a full‑time role; expected compensation is $40.00 – $55.00 hourly plus up to $9,000 retention bonus annually. Consideration will be based on experience and skill level.
