This is a full-time, four-day work week with salary-based compensation and benefits. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive evaluations, medication management, and psychotherapy-informed care within a relationship-centered framework. Our typical visit structure includes 90-minute evaluations and 30 to 60-minute follow-ups, supporting deeper clinical work, continuity of care, and strong patient outcomes.

You will collaborate closely with a small, supportive team in an environment that values clinical reasoning, patient relationships, and professional growth.
