Position Summary
We're seeking an experienced ED RN to join our Multi Care Off Campus Emergency Department (OCED) team. This opportunity allows you to utilize specialized training and nursing care in a multidisciplinary environment.
Department Specific Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of Emergency nursing experience.
- Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
Job Details
- FTE: 0.9
- Shift: Evening
- Schedule: 12‑hour shifts; alternating weekends
Responsibilities
- Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering, and evaluating on an ongoing basis.
- Utilize nursing knowledge to deliver care following hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience, and cost effectiveness.
- Foster a learning environment for patients, families, nursing staff, and the healthcare team.
- Advocate for ethical and holistic care, promoting autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse backgrounds.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or obtained within five years of hire); RN with 15+ years of service may be considered in lieu of education agreement.
- Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS).
- Current BLS certification.
- ACLS, PALS, NRP required within 90 days of hire.
- Certification in specialty area preferred.
- Two full‑time RN years in ER or comparable experience.

Pay and Benefit Expectations
Competitive salary range: $46.35 – $90.00 USD. Pay is influenced by skill set, experience, and certifications.
