Setting: K-12 school; travel - temporary assignment
Guaranteed hours: not guaranteed

• Provide basic nursing care to students under supervision of a school nurse or physician
• Administer prescribed medications per school policy and document administration
• Monitor students’ health, assess conditions, and respond with first aid or triage as needed
• Maintain health office records, immunization status, and confidential documentation
• Communicate with teachers, families, and health team members; coordinate care plans and follow-up
• Ensure safety of health supplies and equipment and participate in emergency drills and responses

• Current LPN license (state not specified in posting)
• Ability to work in a school setting with students
• Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8:50 AM–4:20 PM
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Experience in pediatric or school-based care preferred but not required
