Lacey Post Acute & Rehab is seeking an experienced MDS Coordinator to join our team! In Person Position!

We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced MDS Coordinator with a strong background in skilled nursing and the MDS process.
Previous MDS experience is required. This is a full-time, in-person position at our Lacey facility and is not a remote or hybrid role.

Qualifications:

Currently licensed in this state.
Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
One year of MDS experience preferred.
