M-F,
Hours:
8:50am 4:20pm 7.5 hour day, 30 min unpaid lunch
Licensed Practical Nurse Duties and Responsibilities Provide basic nursing care and health services to students in a school setting.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and school health protocols.
Monitor and assess students’ health conditions, including illnesses, injuries, and medical needs.
Provide first aid and emergency care as needed.
Maintain accurate and confidential student health records and documentation.
Assist students with chronic health conditions, including care plans and ongoing health monitoring.
Communicate with parents, school staff, and healthcare providers regarding student health needs.
Support health screenings, wellness programs, and preventive health initiatives.
Follow school policies, safety procedures, and applicable healthcare regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must hold WA LVN/LPN license
Minimum of one (1) year of recent experience as an LPNAdditional certifications may be required
Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
