Position Information

  Full‑time and part‑time shifts, including nights and weekends
• Pay Range: $17.13 – $18.50 per hour
• No prior experience required; training provided

Maintain dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.

• Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes and wash by hand or place in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine, ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays according to assigned procedures, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polish silver with burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel, or hand cloth as prescribed, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Maintain chemical levels and temperatures per standard.
• Keep dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food‑prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and place it in designated containers; steam‑clean or hose out garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assist with loading and unloading supplies and products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
