Greet all customers as they enter the store in a friendly and outgoing manner;
Actively promote programs including CLUB Membership and In-Store Pickup;
Check in customers merchandise for returns and check in vendor representatives with visitor logs;
Maintain entryway and surrounding work area to keep them clean, tidy, and safe for customers and Outfitters;
Assist facilitation of customer check-in of firearms/weapons by notifying the appropriate Outfitter per SOP
