The Merchandiser ensures all Swire Coca‑Cola customer locations are properly stocked and rotated according to company standards and expectations. The role guarantees customer satisfaction by maintaining back rooms, beverage sections, displays, coolers, and all points of availability throughout the store, while developing and preserving internal and external customer relationships.

• Utilize technology and applications as required throughout the day
• Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles each day with customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers
• Restock coolers, displays, racks and shelves daily with proper labeling
• Rotate products to ensure quality using a first‑in, first‑out stocking system
• Build displays and promotional items per supervisor and store management instruction
• Maintain and organize back rooms/back‑stock areas safely; prepare for return of unfit products
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license required; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements
• Ability to use a reliable vehicle to travel to stores within routes and maintain business‑use vehicle insurance (though not responsible for transporting our products)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business needs

Schedule:

6:00 am – 2:30 pm (overtime and weekend work required). Pay: $21.49 per hour. Base pay range is $21.49 to $23.14, depending on location and experience. This is a seasonal role from April 15th to September 30th, with potential for full‑time transition.
