Full‑Time Employees – Other Compensation & Benefits

• Paid Time Off (PTO):
  Accruals are based on role classification and years of service.
• Paid Sick and Safe Leave (PSSL):
  Accrued at 1 hour for every 40 hours worked in Washington.
