- Represent Mondelēz in-store as the face of its iconic snack brands
- Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers
- Execute daily store visits according to DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI
- Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store personnel
- Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock shelf and display conditions
- Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated store plans
- Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM
- Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
- Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team
- Lift, bend, move, and stock products from stock rooms to store shelves while following safety and compliance requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid REAL r's license issued by the state of residence, U.S. passport, or federal
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
- Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location:
Lacey, WA - Open availability including weekends and holidays as needed; at least one weekend day required
- Availability for 5–6:00 AM start time
Demonstrates strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with store personnel while executing merchandising strategies effectively. Proficient in using technology for ordering and compliance, with a focus on safety and operational excellence.
