Game Stop - 1380 Galaxy Drive Northeast - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting them with their video gaming needs;
Support store visual and operational initiatives and contribute to holiday sales;
Assist in stocking/restocking merchandise and keep floor presentation organized;
Contribute to inventory control and shrinkage reduction efforts;
Address guest questions and escalate issues to store lead when necessary
