We are seeking a motivated and driven Inside Insurance Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our top-performing agency.

This role offers a competitive base salary of $48,000- $60,000 plus commission and bonus opportunities, with monthly commissions ranging from $300 to $10,000/month

• Take inbound sales calls to quote new insurance policies (Auto, Home, Life).
• Conduct outbound prospecting to existing clients and lead sources.
• Follow up with prospects to close sales and secure new business.
• Educate customers on Allstate products and protection solutions.
• Comply with Allstate underwriting, document collection, and office procedures.
• Manage sales requests, cancellation requests, and customer inquiries within designated time frames.
• Help customers with changes to their existing policies.

• Ability to obtain a Washington Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license (no prior license required).
• Candidates must complete the online assessment that is emailed upon applying in order to be considered for this position.
• 1 plus year of in-office customer service experience
• 1 year sales experience.
• Self-starter with a sense of urgency and goal-oriented mindset.
• Strong computer skills to navigate various programs and systems.
• Ability to handle customer rejection and maintain motivation.
• Multi-lingual candidates are a plus, but not required.
