In this role, you will ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while serving as the primary on‑site expert—offering vital mentorship, guidance, and support to lead and develop less experienced team members.

• Ensure successful installation of fiber/telecom cables, materials, or support structures according to relevant codes, regulations, and customer requirements.
• Safely operate specialized equipment including bucket trucks, digger derricks, and excavators.
• Ensure work areas are safe and maintain smooth traffic flow while on the job site.
• Safely work at heights utilizing climbing hooks and ladders.
• Safely utilize hand tools and power tools (wrenches, drills, saws, etc.).
• Lead by example:
  Provide direct guidance, mentorship, and support to crew members.
• Be ready to travel for emergency storm response on short notice.
• Complete daily work orders and crew checks to accurately document productivity and safety compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• To be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Valid state driver's license (cannot be provisional), including an acceptable driving record.
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical exam, resulting in a valid medical card.
• Ready for Leadership:
  At least 3 years of related field experience, demonstrating the technical mastery required to step up and lead a crew.
• To be a certified pole climber or be willing to become certified.
• CDL Class A driver license is highly preferred.

• Routinely:
  Work with arms above shoulder level, at heights, in confined spaces, and alone in remote locations; operate vehicles and heavy machinery; use ladders; bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift objects greater than 55 pounds.
• Occasionally:
  Use a keyboard and mouse.

The wage range for Foreman Telecom Aerial is $32.00 - $38.00.
