Landscape Installation Foreman

As a Landscape Installation Foreman, you will play a key hands‑on leadership role, overseeing the installation of high-quality landscape projects and guiding a small crew to deliver exceptional results.

• Install pavers, patios, and walkways according to project specifications
• Construct retaining walls and other hardscape features
• Perform irrigation system installations and troubleshooting
• Install plants, prepare planting beds, and lay sod or artificial turf
• Lead and supervise a crew of 1–3 team members on site
• Read and interpret landscape plans to ensure accurate project execution
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and HOA clients to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain clean, organized, and efficient jobsites throughout each project

• Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape or hardscape installation
• Strong knowledge of paver and retaining wall construction
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a small crew
• Excellent communication skills with clients and team members
• High attention to quality, detail, and craftsmanship
• Valid driver’s license (experience with truck and trailer preferred)
• Experience operating equipment such as skid steers or mini excavators is a plus
