Partners Personnel - 841 Central Ave N, Suite C109 - Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor specialty construction equipment (e.g., cranes, hoists, forklifts, or excavators);
Interpret and use hand signals and radio communication to guide crane or heavy equipment operators safely and efficiently;
Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance;
Work closely with ground crews and site supervisors to ensure job site safety;
Follow OSHA regulations and site-specific safety protocols at all times
