Perform routine maintenance and repair of diesel trucks including engine, chassis, body components, hydraulics, brakes, suspension, cooling, wheels and tires;
Inspect equipment and trucks for condition, fluids levels, and component wear; check differentials, final drives, pump drives and hubs;
Diagnose issues using vehicle computer electronics systems and initiate/assign repairs;
Conduct safety checks on vehicles and equipment and maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards;
Complete maintenance-related paperwork using fleet maintenance software to document parts, repairs, and repair times
