Job Summary

Med Trans is Medline's private fleet of professional drivers that delivers lifesaving medical products directly to commercial and residential customers. Our fleet consists of 1,900+ trucks with newer equipment, serving a network of over 50 distribution centers nationally and providing 1‑day shipping to 95% of U.S. customers.

The Driver operates a Class A vehicle to transport life‑saving medical products to local customers, building positive relationships by ensuring timely, accurate, and safe deliveries. Salary is $30.00 per hour with eligibility for a $3,000 sign‑on bonus. This position is based in Lacey, WA, with late‑evening starts (7–11 PM) covering a 200‑mile radius to hospitals and urgent care clinics. Work may include Saturday or Sunday.

• Load and secure products from the Medline facility into a truck.
• Safely operate a Class A vehicle to multiple customer destinations, abiding by Medline’s safety regulations.
• Unload and deliver products at customer facilities, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Provide in‑person support, addressing customer questions and providing documentation.
• Communicate with dispatch to adjust routes/schedules to meet customer needs.
• Maintain travel and cargo logs per federal and state regulations and company policy.
• Perform vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation and sufficient fuel levels.

• Minimum 2 years tractor‑trailer driving experience.
• Class A CDL and licensed to operate the assigned vehicle.
• Ability to meet federal and state commercial motor vehicle requirements.
• Clean driving record with no serious violations.
