• Graduate of a Penske‑approved CDL School (CDL 160, Ivy Tech, Truck Drivers Institute, New England Tractor Trailer Training School), or a current or former member of the US Armed Forces
• Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non‑excused interstate DOT medical card required
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
• Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
• English language proficiency required
• Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (including past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner; accept responsibility for own safety and the safety of others

• Must be able to see and hear with the required vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
• Perform frequent movements: stand, walk, sit, use hands to touch, handle, feel, and reach with hands and arms
• Accurately lift and/or move up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and occasionally up to 100 lbs (45 kg)
• Legally operate a motor vehicle and safely enter/exit the vehicle as well as the rear cargo area
