Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Electric Pallet Jack Operator to join our team in Lacey, Washington. This individual will be responsible for accurately picking, labeling, and verifying orders, safely operating electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and reach trucks, and more listed below. The ideal candidate will be certified and proficient in operating Electric Pallet Jacks, Forklifts, and Reach Trucks, possess experience with warehouse management systems, and be able to lift 50 lbs regularly and work in a distribution center with varying temperatures.

• Starting at $17.13/hour

• Accurately pick, label, and verify orders.
• Palletize, stabilize, and wrap products for secure transit.
• Safely operate electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and reach trucks according to the operator’s manual.
• Use warehouse management systems to manage inventory and ensure all shipping labels and order summaries are correct.
• Identify and report equipment faults or safety hazards.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area to promote a high‑standard environment.
• Work independently and with the team to troubleshoot issues and meet daily deadlines.

• Must be certified and proficient in operating Electric Pallet Jacks, Forklifts, and Reach Trucks.
• Experience with warehouse management systems.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and work in a distribution center with varying temperatures.
• A strong work ethic, and the flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
• Strong verbal and written skills; the ability to handle feedback professionally and collaborate effectively with coworkers and management.
