Delivery Driver

Job Summary

Med Trans is Medline's private fleet of professional drivers that delivers lifesaving medical products directly to commercial and residential customers. Our fleet consists of over 1,900 trucks with newer equipment, operating across a network of 50+ distribution centers nationwide, providing 1‑day shipping to 95% of the United States.

The Delivery Driver is responsible for operating a parcel van and/or straight truck to transport life‑saving medical products to local customers. The role requires building positive relationships with customers by ensuring timely, accurate, and safe deliveries.

• Load and secure product from the Medline Facility into a parcel van and/or straight truck.
• Safely operate the vehicle between the Medline Facility and multiple customer destinations, abiding by Medline's safety regulations.
• Unload and deliver products at customer facilities, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Provide in‑person support to customers, addressing questions and needs, and providing appropriate documentation upon delivery.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding delivery route or schedule adjustments to meet customer needs and maintain safe operations.
• Maintain a travel and cargo log in accordance with federal and state regulations and company policy.
• Perform vehicle inspection to ensure safe operation and sufficient fuel levels.

• Valid US driver’s license; a Commercial Learner's Permit (CLP) for Class B License if required by state.
• Ability to meet federal and state requirements for operation of commercial motor vehicles.
• Clean driving record with no serious violations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

$21.75 – $31.50 per hour. The actual salary will vary based on location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
