Magnum is seeking CDL-A OTR solo company drivers to run from Lacey, Washington with no local routes. Top performers report earnings well over $100,000 in 2025, driven by a bonus structure that pays for miles driven all year long.
Attend orientation to start earning an additional 3¢ per mile for 12 months after you complete onboarding, and if you start within 10 days of full application, an extra 1¢ per mile is added. The more miles you drive, the more money you earn.
