Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary

Responsible for the daily administration and operation of the warehouse. Oversees materials that are received, stored, shipped and reported in accordance with established procedures, supervising warehouse staff and reviewing operational effectiveness, maintenance, space utilization, and equipment protection.

• Administer daily operation of the warehouse, including processing, packaging, and storage of supplies, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure overtime remains within the allocated budget.
• Oversee receipt, storage, and shipment of materials and related reporting per established procedures.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and account for all materials and supplies in store facilities.
• Audit goods received into the warehouse.
• Coach and mentor team members on productivity, quality, safety, and Medline Core Values.
• Ensure all routine paperwork is completed on time and accurately.
• Assist the warehouse manager in maintaining a safe work environment.
• Lead day‑to‑day activities of employees.
• Assign, monitor, and review work progress and accuracy; provide technical guidance on complex issues.
• Provide input into hiring, firing, and performance reviews.
• Work with customer service to resolve warehouse‑related issues.

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring, and training staff.
• Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience.
• Basic skill level in warehouse operations.

• Base salary range: $67,000.00 – $ per year (actual salary based on location, education, experience, skills, and abilities).
• Bonus and/or incentive eligible.
