Forklift Operator

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Forklift Operator to join our team in Lacey, WA. This individual will be responsible for safely operating warehouse equipment to move, store, and organize products throughout the distribution center. The ideal candidate will have forklift experience, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Starting at $17.13/hour, paid weekly
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Full time schedule available
• Located in Lacey, WA

• Operate forklift equipment to move, stage, and store products
• Load and unload materials as needed
• Transport pallets throughout the warehouse
• Replenish and organize inventory
• Inspect equipment before use and report any damage or malfunctions
• Maintain accurate product placement and inventory organization
• Keep aisles and work areas clean and free of hazards
• Follow all safety policies and equipment operating procedures
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

• Previous forklift experience preferred
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment
• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
