Part-Time Accounts Payable Clerk
A well-established nonprofit organization in the Laconia area is seeking a Part-Time Accounts Payable Clerk to support its accounting and administrative functions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and is comfortable working in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable invoices and maintain accurate vendor records
- Assist with light accounts receivable duties, including payment tracking and deposits
- Utilize Quick Books Desktop for daily accounting transactions
- Perform data entry, filing, and other administrative support tasks
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
- Provide general office support as needed
