STS Aerospace in Laconia, NH is searching for a Customer Service Manager to join the team. This position is responsible for the full customer lifecycle, from handling critical inquiries to ensuring delivery assurance. It manages the customer service team, serving as the primary bridge between internal operations and external customers. Key responsibilities include monitoring sales and service performance metrics, guiding the team, and managing the complete sales administration process.

- Coordinate response to customer inquiries about the status of their order.
- Assist with integration of the following functions in preparing quotes on LTA’s: estimating, purchasing, quality, and customer engineering.
- Offer 100% support to the team and provide direction in troubling situations.
- Present relevant metrics to senior staff meetings.
- Support customer visits, communicate vision for the organization and other customer requests.
- Stand in at senior staff meetings; be present for any customer visit; show confidence when presenting to large groups.
- Update department metrics on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Directly supervise Customer Service professionals.
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
- Interview, hire, and train employees; plan, assign, and direct work.
- Appraise performance; reward and discipline employees; address complaints and resolve problems.
- Consistently, regularly, and predictably show up to work on time.
- Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Education/
Experience:
2-4 years of college and/or 5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in a Customer Service Management role in manufacturing.
