Shift details: 7am to 8:30pm, including alternative weekends.

About the RoleYour focus as a Senior Care Assistant will be to support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, ensuring a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
Other Responsibilities- Monitoring the wellbeing of each resident and keeping care plans up to date.
- Participating in person‑centred care planning, implementing and evaluating care plans.
- Supporting residents with their medication requirements.
- Providing staff supervisions and supporting staff development.
- Acting as a key point of contact for residents, relatives, visitors, and health and social care professionals, ensuring reasonable requests are addressed and complaints escalated.

Ideal Candidate Must- Have an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in care for care homes.
- Have 2 years’ experience working in a similar care environment.
- Have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Have a positive attitude to supporting and nurturing residents and staff.
- Be responsive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities.
