Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and assess patients' occupational therapy needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Help patients improve independence with daily living and work-related activities
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapy teams for optimal outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and progress
Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and discharge planning
Requirements
Active New Hampshire Occupational Therapist license  (or eligibility to obtain)
Bachelor's or Master's degree in  Occupational Therapy  from an accredited program
Strong communication, assessment, and treatment planning skills
Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred
