Principal Enterprise Solutions Architect
The Principal Enterprise Solutions Architect leads technical solutioning across the enterprise and ensures strategic decisions are made that are scalable, reliable, and meet the strategic goals of the business. This position sets the enterprise architecture strategy, leads the technology organization through solutioning of systems, establishes architecture standards, and enforces dev‑ops, release change management, and testing automation standards across the IT organization.
EssentialDuties And Responsibilities Enterprise Architecture Strategy
- Evaluate the current architecture and align it to future growth needs of the business.
- Identify anti‑patterns and recommend remediations.
- Understand business needs and align future architecture to meet those needs in a scalable, reliable, and secure way.
- Establish and enforce architectural principles, guidelines, and standards to ensure consistency and maintainability of the IT landscape.
- Act as a strategic leader in the AI Journey, partnering closely with the CIO Team & Data Analytics Director to evaluate AI solutions and their architectural readiness.
- Evaluate emerging technology and recommend appropriate solutions to advance strategic goals.
- Facilitate the establishment and execution of the roadmap and vision for dev‑ops, release management, & testing automation practices.
- Lead the team through strategy to ensure successful delivery & release patterns.
- Facilitate the establishment and execution of the roadmap and vision for information delivery and management, including enterprise data and solution patterns.
- Act as key contributor to solutioning & design; lead delivery teams and IT leadership toward strategy implementation.
- Create detailed architectural designs and ensure solutions are implemented effectively.
- Develop architectural blueprints for complex IT solutions, considering business requirements, technical feasibility, security, scalability, and performance.
- Present designs and technical solutions to stakeholders, including business leaders and development teams.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with new technologies.
- Engage in an end‑to‑end approach, connecting all architectural pieces and leveraging available assets.
- Own enterprise architecture solutioning, inclusive of data architecture and infrastructure design, ensuring data quality and governance.
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities per organizational policies and applicable laws, including hiring, training, performance management, and dispute resolution.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field (required);
Master’s degree preferred. - Minimum ten years of progressive technology architecture solutions and end‑to‑end development life‑cycle support.
- Experience in dev‑ops and release change management practices.
- Minimum eight years guiding a team of architects, engineers, QA, and operations professionals through project life cycles.
- Experience with architectural frameworks (TOGAF) and methodologies (ADM).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and related technologies.
- Expertise in data integration (API solutions) and data platforms (Snowflake), data modeling, and governance.
- Experience delivering technology solutions to large numbers of end users.
- Understanding of cloud computing, enterprise platforms (Salesforce, Workday), data warehousing, big data, BI & analytics, and emerging technologies.
- Strong analytical reasoning, impact‑focused, and big‑picture thinking.

- Strategic thinking and mentorship skills.
- Clear communication and collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Ability to synthesize complex solutions and recommend best options.

The base salary range for this role is $159,000-$216,300. Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors that are unique to each candidate including geographic location, skill set, experience, qualifications, and education.
