• Provide strategic consultation to business customers in defining and designing business processes and organizational structures
• Specify and design complex systems, solutions, and infrastructure elements, ensuring effective resource use and integration
• Lead the resolution of architecture and business problems for highly complex project initiatives
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and manage expectations of customers and partners
• Prepare presentations on complex issues and present to peers to ensure alignment with strategic direction

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a closely related field
• Minimum of 7 years in an IT discipline and 7 years in a Business discipline
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience building scalable, production‑grade systems
• Proven experience leading end‑to‑end system design and solution architecture for enterprise‑grade platforms
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards in a healthcare environment, such as HIPAA

• Master’s Degree in a related field
• 8+ years of experience in software development, solution architecture, or enterprise systems design
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience in the development or integration of AI‑enabled solutions
• Industry certifications such as Java Developer, DB2, or Project Management
