Machine Operator (Entry Level – Full Training Provided)
Location: Laconia, NH
Compensation: $19.54 – $22.93 per hour, plus additional shift premiums.
Incentives: A $3,000 sign-on bonus is available, with $1,000 paid at the six-month mark and $2,000 at the one-year anniversary.

Your Core Duties
- Gain proficiency in the safe operation of precision industrial machinery.
- Contribute to the creation of high-caliber components that meet precise technical standards.
- Oversee equipment performance and manufacturing workflows.
- Ensure product integrity by inspecting parts to detect any quality discrepancies.
- Help maintain a secure and compliant workplace by strictly adhering to all safety and quality protocols.
What You Bring
- Possession of a GED or High School Diploma is mandatory.
- Consistent reliability and a strong commitment to your work.
- An eagerness to acquire new technical abilities.
- True availability to work either the 2nd or 3rd shift.
- Demonstrating mechanical inclination is beneficial, though not a requirement for success.
- 2nd Shift: Monday through Friday, 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM, featuring a 10% shift differential.
- 3rd Shift: Monday through Thursday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, featuring a 15% shift differential.
