Machine Operator (Entry Level – Full Training Provided)

Location: Laconia, NH

Compensation: $21.49–$26.33 per hour, plus a $3,000–$5,000 sign‑on bonus and monthly incentives.

A 3.5% wage adjustment takes effect on November 1st as part of our annual union agreement. Experienced machinists may qualify for rates reaching $30 per hour.

• Master the safe operation of precision manufacturing tools through our thorough paid training program.
• Contribute to the production of high-quality aerospace parts that meet rigorous tolerance standards.
• Ensure product integrity by verifying finished parts with precision measurement instruments.
• Help maintain a safe and efficient production environment by strictly following all manufacturing protocols.

• Possession of a GED or High School Diploma.
• Proficiency in basic mathematics and clear communication.
• A dependable work history characterized by consistent attendance and a strong drive.
• A natural mechanical inclination or a genuine interest in fields like construction, engineering, automotive, or general manufacturing.
• A flexible attitude toward learning and the ability to adapt to various shift schedules after your training period.

We offer the following scheduling options:

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:30pm–11:30pm (includes a 10% shift premium).
• 3rd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 11:00pm–7:00am (includes a 15% shift premium).
• Please note that we currently have no openings for 1st shift.

Training generally occurs on the 1st shift, though we can review alternative arrangements on a case‑by‑case basis. You will receive direct mentorship from veteran machinists before transitioning to your permanent shift.
