• $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Applies to eligible 2nd Shift positions only (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
• Valid for hires starting between June 1 – August 31

Pay Range:

LPN: $30.00 to $35.40 per hour base rate, depending on experience

Weekday Differentials:

• +$2/hr for 2nd shift
• +$3/hr for 2nd shift

Flexible Scheduling: Supportive of work/life balance with flexible shifts and scheduling.

• Provide care to residents in accordance with CCNH policies, standards of care, and state and federal regulations
• Assist in assessing, planning, implementing, and monitoring resident care plans in collaboration with the nursing team and attending physicians
• Support and guide LNAs and LMNAs in delivering quality care on the assigned unit

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Must possess and maintain a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and be in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Nursing Board
