Join our team this summer and receive a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for eligible 2nd Shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) positions.

Eligible Start Dates: June 1 – August 31

$30.00–$35.40/hour based on experience

Weekdays

• 2nd Shift: +$2.00/hour
• 3rd Shift: +$5.00/hour
• 1st Shift: +$2.00/hour
• 2nd Shift: +$3.00/hour
• 3rd Shift: +$6.50/hour

As an LPN, you will:

• Provide quality nursing care in accordance with CCNH policies, standards of practice, and state and federal regulations
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Supervise and support LNAs and LMNAs on your assigned unit
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families while promoting dignity and quality of life

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current New Hampshire Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
