Granite VNA, Inc. is seeking a Hospice Community Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver age-appropriate home and facility-based care under NH nursing standards. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care with an emphasis on education, coordination, and compassionate patient support.
Reporting to the Director, the RN will collaborate with care givers and the healthcare team, supervise LPNs/LNA, and support mission-driven, nonprofit care across Granite VNA service areas.
