RN – Laconia, NH (St. Francis Rehabilitation and Nursing Center)

Full‑time and part‑time positions available for 2nd and 3rd shift. We offer a $5,000 Sign‑On Bonus for eligible 2nd Shift positions (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) for hires starting between June 1 and August 31.

RN: $34.00 to $39.40 per hour base rate, depending on experience.

• Weekday Differentials: $2/hr for 2nd shift; $5/hr for 3rd shift.
• Weekend Differentials: $2/hr for 1st shift; $3/hr for 2nd shift; $6.50/hr for 3rd shift.

• Provide care to residents in accordance with CCNH policies, standards of care, and state and federal regulations.
• Assess, plan, implement, and monitor resident care plans, collaborating with supervisors and attending physicians as needed.
• Oversee and support LNAs and LMNAs in delivering quality care on the assigned unit.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Long‑term care experience preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a current Registered Nurse (RN) license and be in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Nursing Board.
