We are seeking a Clinical Instructor to join the Nursing Program team to provide part‑time teaching opportunities. Adjunct appointments are temporary and limited to a specified contract period.
ResponsibilitiesThe instructor will teach the course “Introduction to Nursing” which introduces nursing roles across healthcare systems, patient care concepts, safe quality care, basic health assessment, nursing skills, pharmacology fundamentals, and the nursing process for clinical decision making.
Qualifications- Minimum Education:
Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) or enrollment in a Master of Science Nursing program, or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN). - Minimum Clinical
Experience:
Two years of recent nursing care experience with acute medical surgical patients. - Licensure/Certification:
Current Registered Nurse license in New Hampshire; must meet continuing education requirements of the Board of Nursing.
Clinical teaching will occur during the following shifts: 0600‑1500 or 1400‑2200.
CompensationSalary:
The clinical/lab compensation rate is $47.95 to $59.45 per hour, determined by appointed adjunct faculty rank based on education and industry/teaching experience.
Offers of employment will be contingent upon the successful completion of the requisite background check.
