Overview
Registered Nurse – Rehab travel assignment in Laconia, New Hampshire. This 13-week contract begins on 10/06/2026, with 36 guaranteed hours per week on a 3x12-hour night shift (18:45:00–07:15:00). Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing rehabilitation in a skilled nursing setting.
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient responses, reporting changes as needed.
- Perform and document ongoing assessments, track progress toward rehabilitation goals, and adjust plans as appropriate.
- Collaborate with physical, occupational, and speech therapy teams to implement and optimize the patient’s rehab plan.
- Monitor vitals, manage wounds, monitor for signs of complications, and coordinate with the care team for escalation as required.
- Ensure accurate documentation, participate in discharge planning, and educate patients and families about care plans and progress.
- Availability for a 13-week travel assignment
- Ability to work a 3x12-hour night shift schedule
