Document Control Specialist

STS Aerospace in Laconia, NH is searching for a Document Control Specialist to join the team. The role reports to the Director of Quality and focuses on maintaining, tracking, and ensuring the accuracy of internal quality documentation and all customer and third‑party related specifications within the Quality Management System (QMS).

Assist in the completion of Technical Compliance Officer administrative duties during the contract review process, including determining the validation of product classification.

• Manage all internal document control activities, including creation, maintenance, revision, and release of all internally‑owned QMS documents.
• Maintain internal databases, ensuring accuracy of entries and updating revisions and obsoleting listings as necessary.
• Provide the Quality Director with insight, background, fundamental requirement knowledge, and current system gap issues.
• Manage customer and industry‑controlled documentation revision levels within QMS.
• Provide assistance in activities surrounding the TCO requirements and product identification.
• Consistently arrive at work on time and perform duties reliably.

Other duties may be assigned.

• Two‑year college or university program certificate; or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
