• Overseesthestore'sfinancialandadministrativeoperations,including collections,inventorymanagementandrecord-keeping,ensuringaccuracyandcompliance
• Providesguidanceandempowermenttostorepersonnel,aimingtostrengthenteamspiritandmoralethroughcontinuousguidanceandsupportandensuresthetraininganddevelopmentoftheteam
• Ensurestheimplementationofall Healthand Safety measures ,themaintenanceofthestore'scommercialimageandthesmoothoperationofthestore

• Minimum High School Diploma
• Atleastfive(5) yearsofrelevantexperience,includingtwo(2) yearsinasimilarsupervisory/managerial role,inthefieldsofsales,customerserviceand/orstoremanagement
• Experienceinretailnetwork,energycompanies,telecommunicationsorotherservicesupplychainswillbeconsideredanadditionalqualification
• Experienceinteamleadershipandachievementofcommercialtargetswillbeconsideredanadditionalqualification
• Goodknowledgeofthe English language
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel,Word,PowerPoint) and Internet
• Availabilityincaseofemergency(uchonphonecontact)
