What We Offer:
- Salary: $60,/year + overtime after 40 hrs/week

- Schedule: Monday Friday (occasional Saturdays in peak season)
Your Day-to-Day:
- Lead a team installing patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor living areas
- Operate mini excavators, loaders, compactors
- Ensure grading, back filling, and stonework precision
- Manage job sites, timelines, and collaborate with clients/suppliers
What You Bring:
- 2+ years' experience in hardscape (pavers, stone, walls, etc.)
- Leadership ability to train and motivate crews
- Ability to read landscape blueprints
- Driver's License (required); CDL/Class A or ICPI a plus
- Ready to work outdoors in all conditions
