Position Overview
Lakes Region Community Services (LRCS) is hiring Family Managed Employees (FMEs) to work with individuals who have developmental disabilities and acquired brain disorders. FMEs provide direct support to one individual for one family and are managed by the family. The individuals have a variety of needs and requirements.

Job description: Provide support to an adult individual with disabilities. The successful candidate will engage the individual and provide support both out in the community and in their place of employment. Activities may include walks around town or on trails, running errands, supporting job duties, and facilitating social interactions.
- Transportation for community activities
- Reporting on progress made on goals
- Support during work hours
- Support with social interactions and making social connections within the community
- Support with participating in community‑based activities
Rate of pay: $20 per hour
Hours: up to 28 hours per week
Job location: Barnstead/Gilmanton/Surrounding area
Job description: Seeking an enthusiastic, kind, patient person for a meaningful position supporting an adult individual with disabilities. The role is part‑time with flexible hours and is home/community‑based in the Alton, Barnstead, Gilmanton and surrounding area. Activities include errands, walks, and art projects.

Rate of pay: $20 per hour
Hours: 8 hour shifts, MWF or T‑TH
Job location: Gilford area
Job description: Provide daytime supports to an adult individual with developmental disabilities. The position involves supporting the individual in the surrounding community and providing support in the individual’s home.
- Transportation for community activities
- Support with participating in community‑based activities such as going to the gym
- Support in jobs or volunteer work in the community
- Support with social interactions and making social connections in the community
- Support with personal care such as hygiene and enteral G‑tube feeding
Rate of pay: $20 per hour
Hours: up to 20 hours per week
Job location: Bristol and surrounding communities
Job description: Provide support to a child with developmental disabilities. The child is intelligent, witty, loves to explore, and enjoys staying active.
- Supporting the individual in the community, such as the park, water activities, hiking, and walking outdoors
- Support with communication, including speech, and with daily routines
- Support in meeting developmental goals
- Reporting on progress made on goals
- Valid NH driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and agency‑determined minimal motor vehicle insurance coverage required
- Completion of background and applicable pre‑employment physical capacity screening checks required
