Boyd Thermal Eaton - Warehouse Associate

Job Description Overview:
Provide materials (extrusion, stampings, etc.) needed to process work orders and support all departments of manufacturing. Tight control and manage inventory over 2 warehouses onsite. Order fulfillment using warehouse software systems. Maintain detail-oriented picking, efficient delivery, and a neat, orderly work area. Inspect tools and equipment and manage customer service requests promptly.

• Issue all materials for work orders for all manufacturing shifts according to the oldest work order kit date.
• Work with associates and the Warehouse Lead to ensure inventories are accurate, including daily cycle counts.
• Perform daily computer transactions using Oracle.
• Prepare and package sales/work orders per customer specifications.
• Use a forklift to perform job-related duties while adhering to Aavid Boyd safety guidelines and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Maintain excellent attendance.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Preferred experience in manufacturing inventory control.
• Experience with Oracle.
• Team‑contributor ability.
• Knowledge of Aavid Boyd safety guidelines.
