Summary

Our ATS Logistics division is looking for a self-starter to take on a new
opening!

The 3PL Warehouse Services Specialist is responsible for creating a business
plan for trucking, drayage, and warehousing and crossdocking opportunities. The
3PL Warehouse Services Specialist shall use current market and industry trends,
as well as ATS history, pricing expectations and network needs to create
services and pricing that yields trucking, drayage, warehousing and crossdocking
opportunities that are effective and profitable for ATS Logistics. Additionally,
this position is to provide business impact analysis for ATS to accomplish
company goals for Logistics growth strategies.

deadlines.

* Exceptional communication skills to lead group discussions and deliver
professional presentations internally and externally.

recommendations and develop alternative solutions and communicate results.

* Willing and able to travel infrequently and work adjust schedule to meet
company deadlines.

As a 3PL Warehouse Services Specialist, you would:

Partner with Sales team and customers to discuss warehouse opportunities.
Evaluate RFPs received from the Sales team and pricing.
Review customer warehouse surveys to locate the most advantageous option.
Create business plans for trucking drayage and warehousing.
Identify and vet new warehousing partners, while maintaining and developing
warehousing network.
Regularly update 3PL Warehouse Sales Pipeline by entering data.
Monitor and review activity projects to ensure profitability and identify
additional opportunities.

Pay:
Compensation & Benefits

The base salary of this position is $55,000-$75,000 with total compensation
range $60,500-$82,500 with incentives. Base salary offered is determined by
relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location as
compared to others doing substantially similar work. In addition to the base
salary, employees may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which can
vary depending on individual and/or company performance.
