- Copy of qualifying Praxis Paraprofessional test scores of 456 or higher. Applicants interested in taking the Paraprofessional Praxis exam can visit the site for additional information.
- Negative TB test results under 1 year old. Upload TB test results or acknowledge that results will be uploaded as soon as available; delay may postpone onboarding.
