The Supply Chain Manager will oversee materials planning, production scheduling, procurement, and inventory management to ensure customer demand is met on time. This role coordinates closely with Purchasing, Production, Operations, and customers to maintain material availability, manage capacity, and resolve delivery issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage production schedules, material requirements, and procurement.
- Ensure raw materials are available to support production.
- Monitor inventory, WIP, and capacity levels.
- Coordinate material flow and resolve production or delivery issues.
- Track customer commitments and identify potential delays.
- Drive process improvements and maintain accurate supply chain data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of materials planning/execution experience in manufacturing.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with production planning and supply chain systems preferred.
