LAUKOA is seeking a Midday General Maintenance Worker I to support building operations in Charleston, SC. You will perform entry-level maintenance and basic repairs under supervision to keep facilities safe, functional, and presentable.
Responsibilities include minor repairs, cleaning of mechanical rooms, light fixture replacements, and assisting the team with tools and project setup. 3pm–11pm shift with on-call availability; salary is hourly and negotiable based on experience.
